End-of-Tenancy Cleaning in Derby
A detailed handover clean for tenants, landlords and letting agents.
Cleaning built around the property handover
End-of-tenancy requirements vary between properties and agents. We ask for the inventory or preferred checklist where available, then confirm what is included before the appointment. This creates a clear record for tenants, landlords and property managers.
Kitchen
Cupboards, worktops, sinks, splashbacks, appliance exteriors and accessible fittings. Oven and internal appliance cleaning are quoted as selected extras.
Bathrooms
Sanitaryware, showers, screens, tiles, mirrors, taps and accessible surfaces, with attention to residue and limescale.
Rooms and storage
Empty-room surfaces, cupboard interiors where agreed, skirting boards, doors, handles, reachable ledges and floors.
Optional extras
Carpet extraction, upholstery, oven detailing, internal windows and other specialist tasks can be added when suitable.
Preparing for the appointment
The property should normally be empty of personal belongings, with utilities connected and safe access available. We need advance notice of heavy waste, damage, mould, pest contamination or hazardous materials because these are outside a standard handover clean and may require a specialist.
A clear re-clean process
If an item within the agreed checklist has been missed, notify us within 48 hours and give reasonable access to inspect and correct it. Full conditions are in our booking terms.
