This notice explains how the RelyPro website uses browser storage and similar technologies. “Cookies” is used here as a convenient term for cookies, local storage and session storage.

Essential storage

Essential storage supports functions you request and does not require analytics consent:

  • relyproConsent: local storage that remembers whether you selected essential-only or allowed analytics, including the date of the choice. The preference expires after 180 days, when you will be asked again, or sooner if you clear site data or reset the preference.
  • relyproCampaign: session storage that temporarily remembers campaign parameters such as UTM source during the current browser session so a quote handoff can retain its source. It is removed when the browser session ends.

Optional analytics

The site uses Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Google Analytics may measure page path, quote starts, selected service, contact-button clicks, campaign source and WhatsApp handoffs. We do not intentionally send the contents of form fields, full postcodes, names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text to analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.

  • _ga: used by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors. Its default lifetime is up to two years after consent, subject to browser limits and configuration.
  • _ga_<container-id>: used by Google Analytics to maintain session state. Its default lifetime is up to two years after consent, subject to browser limits and configuration.

Links to other services

Clicking phone, email, WhatsApp or external links may open another application or website. Those services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their notices. RelyPro’s website does not silently submit a completed form to WhatsApp; it opens a prepared message for you to review and send.

Change your choice

You can withdraw analytics consent and reset the website preference below. This removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website and shows the preference banner again. You can also use your browser settings to delete or block site data; blocking essential storage may cause the preference banner to reappear.
