Before we confirm your price
We ask about the property size, current condition, access, parking, pets and any specialist surfaces. This avoids unrealistic fixed prices and lets us recommend the right amount of time. Heavy waste removal, hazardous materials, pest contamination and specialist restoration are not included unless agreed separately.
